With global warming, poverty, hunger, and over population reaching crisis proportions in the 21st century, it’s easy to become overwhelmed, spiral into denial and disconnect. One of the best ways to fight off apathy is to re-connect through meditating and becoming in tune with the Gaia philosophy.
